All Products supplied by Castlewater Bathrooms must be checked by the recipient for any damages or imperfections before the item/s are attempted to be installed. Castlewater Bathrooms will not accept the return of products once fitting commences and also, will also not be held accountable for any refit costs incurred through manufacturing defects or independent installer error. Please note it is not the responsibility of Castlewater Bathrooms to make any third part installer aware of these terms and conditions.


Re-stocking charges of up to 50% may apply when returning goods. Sales personnel will work to ensure you the best possible restocking term at their discretion unfortunately however, all restocking charges are set by our suppliers therefore are usually set terms. Stock items do not carry a restocking charge and may be returned as per our returns policy.


Upon purchase your goods an intial deposit of 25% of the overall order amount is required to ensure the order is processed. Full payment is required via card, cash or BACS transfer seven days before work is due to start. when purchasing on a supply only basis you will be required to pay the outstanding balance before goods are dispatched. We also ask that all seperate installation charges are paid directly to your assigned fitter upon completion of your bathroom..


Due to the multitude of choice with colours, I confirm that the colours that have been selected are correct on my order. Castlewater Bathrooms will not accept any liability of colour changes after the order have been placed, this will be subject to restocking charges outlined above.


All collections must first be authorised by the main office. Please ensure that you leave notice of a minimum two hours before attempting to collect any goods. Collections are unavailable on a weekend unless cleared by a member of staff in our main office. All collections must be made from our warehouse. Unit 2B, Savile Road, Castleford, WF10 2PB.


Unless first checked by a member of our installation team our showroom staff do not know your pressure nor your expectations of the water pressure or flow rate in your household therefor, can’t be held accountable for any shortfall. However, we are more than happy to offer advice on based previous experiences.


To ensure that you book your slot for delivery you must contact our main office a minimum of three working days before the required date. Due to staffing deliveries are unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note, all deliveries are curb side deliveries only due to insurance purposes.

When goods are being returned for any reason other than they are faulty, you will need to report this to our main office within 14 days to ensure your return is processed. All goods must also be returned in resaleable condition. We also ask that any damaged items are reported and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note, all fitted furniture is made to your specifications and therefor can’t be returned.


All fitters we recommend to our customers are self employed installers working independently with Castlewater Bathrooms. Their work has been approved by Castlewater Bathrooms, they are all highly qualified and experienced tradesman. Your fitter will be responsible for installation of your bathroom products.


Castlewater Bathrooms will cover the replacement of any faulty products within our suppliers warranty. The Installation of any replacement products will be chargeable
